Mission
To contribute to this organizational mission, faculty in the department are dedicated to representing knowledge through their teaching, expanding it through their research and applying it in direct service to the learner and their families and to professional colleagues in schools and related agencies.
The mission of the Department of Instructional Support is three-fold.
Course requirements for the M.Ed. In Administration and Supervision are as follows:
EDU 510, 520, 570, 572, 595 and EDU 596; SED 500 is required if not previously completed; any four of the following courses: EDU 511, 512, 527 or 541, 531 or 554; and one 3-hour graduate level course from within the department, from another department within the College of Education, or from outside the College of Education.
